Vision: coaching is a way of supporting the client to stimulate and motivate him to focus on his own strengths. By improving the adoptation of these strengths, the client’s performance will be more efficient and effective in his work and/or in his private situation.
Mission: to enforce the client in his strengths. By understanding what his reasoning is for his current behavior, the client will grow in awareness. This awareness is a first step towards the desired change. We will focus on and enforce the thoughts that support this change.
